About this course
A Black Belt leads complex improvement projects that cut across departments and have a major effect on performance. Beyond the DMAIC method, that calls for depth in statistics, experimentation and guiding change.
The course builds on the Green Belt level and covers selecting projects, leading teams and coaching Green Belts.

There is no single central body that governs Lean Six Sigma certification for everyone. How the course is completed, for example with an exam or a practical project, and which organisation issues the certificate depend on the training partner and are stated in the offer.
On successful completion you receive a Black Belt certificate from the organisation concerned.

As a closed in-company course, the programme can be linked to projects in your organisation and to building your own improvement function.

Do I need a Green Belt first?

What software is used?

Do I need to complete my own project?
