About this course

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management. This course focuses on implementation: how to set up a quality management system that fits the processes, risks and goals of your organisation, and how to keep it alive afterwards.

You learn to plan and lead an implementation, from baseline assessment and scope to documentation, roll-out, internal audit and management review.

On completion you receive a certificate of attendance. In a variant with an exam, you receive a certificate from the organisation concerned once you pass.

In-company training

If your organisation is starting an ISO 9001 programme, this course can be organised as a closed course for the project team, using your own processes as exercise material.

How does it differ from the Lead Auditor course?

The Lead Implementer course focuses on setting up and implementing a quality management system. The Lead Auditor course focuses on assessing it through audits. The two complement each other.

Do I need prior knowledge?
